Congratulations go out to Wells Township Trustee, Joe Ellis on being selected "Township Official of the Year" by the Jefferson County Township Association. The award is given to an official who makes a significant impact in the area. Joe was instrumental in securing the Rush Run Water Extension Project for the residents of Rush Run. Due to many of the water wells being contaminated, the water will be greatly appreciated by the residents of Rush Run.
